• End-to-end delivery across discovery, planning, governance, execution, testing, training and transition to BAU — using pragmatic Agile/Waterfall hybrids with Kanban/Lean where it helps.
• Governance & multi-supplier delivery: Senior ownership of £m+ projects, matrix leadership (incl. offshore), strong supplier and bid/tender management.
• Stakeholder rescue & re-engagement: Brought in as the “go-to” PM to steady projects, reset cadence and rebuild confidence.
• Council & community engagement (telecoms): Liaison with London boroughs and ISPs; road/pavement closure permits; resident comms; complaint handling; diary control.
• Project controls & documentation: MS Project, Project Apps, Trackers and reporting in SharePoint/Excel; H&S documentation; invoice checking and payment chasing.
• Infrastructure, data centres & broadcast/media platforms: Platform upgrades, DC expansions, DR capability, migrations and tech refresh on selected projects
