We agree communication preferences (email, shared boards, voice notes, captions), set clear agendas and next steps, and break tasks into manageable chunks with realistic timelines.

To protect focus, we use predictable routines, optional camera, quiet communication windows, and written follow-ups after meetings. We can also incorporate visual planners, checklists, and reminder nudges so nothing slips through the cracks.

We handle the ATW admin too—quotes and invoices, support-worker timesheets, evidence gathering, claim submissions and renewal reminders—so you don’t have to. Day to day, we provide structured accountability and gentle prompts, set up simple tools and templates, and make reasonable adjustments like flexible scheduling and asynchronous updates.
